The spirit of this coffee is inspired from The Lion Capital of Ashoka, found atop one of his pillars—one of the most iconic symbols from his reign.
The capital features four lions, symbolizing power, courage, confidence and pride. The lions are often interpreted as representing the four cardinal directions and the spread of Ashoka's principles across the world.
The pillar itself was inscribed with edicts promoting his new philosophy of governance, emphasizing moral conduct, respect for all religions, and the welfare of his people.
