Sul de Minas is the biggest region for Arabica coffees in Brazil. 30% of Brazil’s total Arabica production comes from Sul de Minas. The region can be easily accessed through the Port of Santos, Brazil’s busiest coffee port.
Dating back to the 18th century, this region has become synonymous with exceptional coffee production. The combination of fertile soil, ideal altitude, and a perfect blend of sun and rainfall creates the ideal conditions for cultivating premium coffee beans.
Sul de Minas coffee is celebrated for its diverse flavor profiles, which range from rich and chocolaty to fruity and floral.
This coffee is from small producers in the rolling hills of Sul De Minas. The farms are small to medium in size, 10-150 hectares being farmed for generations.
