Refund Policy

At Valiant&Company, we are committed to delivering freshly roasted, specialty-grade coffee crafted with care and purpose. Due to the perishable nature of our products, and to ensure quality and safety for all customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders. 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All coffee and other food sales are final without exception unless an error was made by us or your order was damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference-based feedback (e.g. taste, strength, roast level)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at valiantxcompanycoffee@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Gift Cards

All sales of electronic gift cards are final and non-refundable.

One-Time Purchases

  • All one-time purchases are final once your order has been confirmed.
  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure product freshness; as a result, cancellations or modifications are not accepted after the order is submitted.
  • Please review your cart carefully and confirm your shipping details before completing checkout.

Subscription Orders

  • Customers may manage or cancel their subscriptions via their customer account portal at any time.
  • To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  • Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active and may be removed if canceled before the agreed minimum term (if applicable).

Domestic & International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds on international orders due to shipping complexities and product perishability.

Disclaimers & Checkout Notices

  • We do not allow order cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
  • If a shipping address is entered incorrectly or the recipient refuses delivery, the order is non-refundable.
