Shipping Policy

This policy governs the shipping of goods and products sold on Valiant&Company ("Valiant&Company", "W/we", "S/site") website ("S/site").
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent out within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by UPS/USPS Ground. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to arrive at their destination within in the USA but can take longer or reach earlier from time to time.
We do not offer expedited shipments at this time as it does require time to prepare and process our products with care and quality.

Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that order processing and delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons due to increased demand and carrier delays beyond our control. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. Shipping delays are most common around the following holidays:
  • Thanksgiving (late November)
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday weekend
  • Christmas & New Year’s (late December – early January)
  • Valentine’s Day (early February)
  • Easter (March/April)
  • Mother’s Day (early May)
  • Father’s Day (mid-June)
  • Canada Day (July 1st)
  • Independence Day (U.S. – July 4th)
  • Labor Day (early September)
During these periods, please allow extra time for both order processing and shipping. While we work hard to fulfill all orders promptly, carrier transit times may be extended.Transit times referenced herein are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances (strikes, acts of God, national emergencies, etc.).

Coffee & Other Perishable Items

Shipping Days and Times
Coffee orders are roasted to order and generally shipped out within 3 business days. Some orders can take up to 5 days.
Hawaii, Alaska and Outside U.S.A. Shipments
Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or UPS First Class Package International (Canada and other countries outside of the United States). International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.
Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
International Shipping & Customs Notice
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase or shipping costs at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We currently ship internationally; however, delivery outside the USA is not guaranteed due to varying customs regulations and postal reliability by country.
Damaged Goods Upon Arrival
If there is an issue such as a damaged delivery, please contact us immediately for the next steps to rectify the situation. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 24 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 24 hours. 

Incorrect Product Received
All perishable items are non-returnable. Please make sure that you confirm your order details prior to checkout. If the error was made on our end (ie. we send you the wrong product) we will send you the correct product and you get to keep the incorrect product that was sent. 

Non-Delivery for USA Address Destinations
If the item was never delivered to a USA address we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information on this policy please review our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to select alternative carriers for shipments. Shipping charges are invoiced according to costs related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. All liability for loss passes to the customer once it leaves our warehouse; however, we will honor replacement merchandise for damaged shipments after the damaged item(s) have been returned to us. Claims of non-delivery to USA addresses will be honored if no proof of delivery is offered by UPS or USPS, otherwise, the merchandise shall be deemed delivered. International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.

All Other Items & Products

All non-perishable items typically ship within 3-5 days within the USA unless otherwise noted. During the holidays and peak season, it may take longer depending on your location.
