Issuance & Delivery

Gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser or designated recipient. Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 1 hour during high-traffic periods. No physical card will be issued.

Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively at valiantxcoffee.com. Apply your gift card code at checkout. The balance will be automatically deducted from your order total. Gift cards can be used toward any product, including subscriptions and sale items.

Balance & Expiration

Gift cards do not expire and have no additional fees. You can check your remaining balance through your order confirmation email or by contacting us.

Returns & Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

Lost or Stolen Cards

Valiant&Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your code like cash.
